It's that time of year again when we dust off our marching banners and look out the freebies for the stall because it's Pride Glasgow on the 14-15th July at Kelvingrove Park. We're back again this year offering gay and bisexual men a full, free and confidential sexual health check up at our dedicated testing cabin within the festival site. The cabin will be staffed by Sexual Health Advisors from Steve Retson Project who will be offering STI and HIV tests during the day on both Saturday and Sunday while the the community expo area is open to the public.

As always we will have our own Steve Retson Project stall in the community expo area where we will be premiering our new film Anal Sex: Let's get to the bottom of it. In the film four Glasgow men share their inner thoughts and feelings about sex and relationships. Tackling subjects head on from the stereotypes they feel are associated with anal sex, to their own understanding of having safer sex, the social pressures men can experience to behave in a particular way and the importance of good communication to having pleasurable sex. Come and say hello, have a chat with us and watch the film!

Our Free Condom colleagues also have a stall providing free condoms and lube to anyone who stops by for a chat and will be happy to answer any questions about Sandyford and our services. This year the NHS GGC Equality and Human Rights team will be in the community expo area keen to get your thoughts on using NHS services as an LGBT+ person. If you have the opportunity to stop and talk to them you could be in with a chance to win a free t-shirt!

We hope you say hello to us and our NHS colleagues over the weekend and of course, we you hope you have a great Pride weekend!
